Last updated: May 2026 — TODO: professional legal review required
This Privacy Policy explains how Fortizon Digital Solutions (“Fortizon”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit fortizondigitals.com or submit an inquiry.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form or book a call, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and the message you provide. We also collect anonymised analytics data (page visits, click events) and UTM/referral attribution to understand how visitors find us.
How we use your data
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to book discovery calls, and to follow up on enquiries. Analytics data is used to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.
Data processors
Your inquiry data is forwarded to GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which acts as a data processor under our direction. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place with HighLevel. Analytics are processed by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.) — only after you consent.
Cookies & consent
We use a consent banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after you accept. You may change your preference by clearing your browser cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fortizondigitals.com.
Data retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as is necessary to manage the business relationship, typically up to three years after last contact.
